An expample of a customer:
One of our customers is a producer for Zaziki. For the customer it is important that only high quality ingredients are used. This means that the cucumbers should have little water so that they have an intense taste and remain crunchy in the final product. In addition, the cucumber must be of a certain size so that it can be processed by the customer’s machine.
We have adapted our planting accordingly and have been delivering to our customer’s full satisfaction for more than 25 years.
